The idea behind this project is two connect two corners of the library located on both levels a a means of two installations placed in each corner. Through the aroma and audio i aimed to utilise the power of the corner in creation of a micro space within a larger space. I also wanted to overturn the meaning of a corner in a phrase `to be put into a corner` , associated with a punishment inflicted on kids by their parents or otherwise in educational institutions for misbehaviour into a space of meditation through a positive isolation.

From the corner that excludes i turned it into a corner that connects through the power of aromatherapy and the therapeutic power that text can have. Library sometimes can become a stressful place when you are trying to write an essay feeling pressured by the inflicted institutional rules of how it should be composed and struggling to find connections between pieces of information you found in the library.

I have learnt how to work with confinements of the space, both in terms of the rules of the library in regards to external noise exposure and also the corner downstairs being confined by the shelf cabinets.

This led to me using a clothes rack of a different format and size, this one coincidentally was owned by the library, so here i experienced
